      Reminding self to RC?

I always forget to do reality checks. I think in the morning, "Oh, don't forget to do reality checks today," but then I forget and end up not doing any.
I read about someone writing on his or her hand to remember, but I can't do this because of my job dress code.
How do you remember to RC? What's your system?
Do you have any ideas to help me remind myself?

just draw a letter D or a small thick line on the back of your hand or thumb. That works well for me.
Thanks for reminding me too, i forgot to do it for the last few days.

At a time when I was trying to do reality checks every five minutes, I would just wear a watch. It's presence would remind me to check the time - to see if five minutes had past so that I could do an rc. Because of this, I was constantly checking the watch, and doing this I made myself more or less constantly 'aware' as I was always thinking about reality checks. Gaining awareness is the point of reality checks, so maybe you could wear a watch and give yourself a window in which you'll do rc's?
