      need some opinions

Hello, I was wondering, because the last two nights DILD failed me, tonight should I try a WILD, a V-WILD, a MILD, or a V-MILD. Thank you to any opinions posted/polled. Only choose two of your favorites please

      Sincerely,
      Lucidwannabe50

Before I could answer any of those questions, I would need a little bit more background from you. Like how long you have been LDing for or, at least Trying to LD for?

I mean you can totally try anything you want, but something's may come harder then other's depending on experience...

I think the easiest thing isn't on the list. and that is WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) Method.

You just set your alarm for about 5-6 hrs, wake up to it, read up on lucid dreaming for about 20 mins. Lay back down, and concentrate on having a Lucid dream, tell yourself to do a reality check inside your dream..

      That is my opinion...

Hope whatever you decide works out for you though!

      Good Luck!

Well I'm just a beginner, I can only remember 2-3 dreams per night, I have been lucid dreaming for not even a month lol but I usually get lucid dreams sort of often (except for last two nights) Thanks for anymore opinions. (I added a poll)

You should try the method that works best for you. I see that you have 4 DILDs, and no WILDs. I would recommend MILDing after a WBTB, as MILD is used for inducing DILDs.

And in my opinion, that poll was a bit pointless.

V-MILD and MILD are the same thing. The MILD technique uses visualization. Anyone who adds it on isn't familiar with the original MILD technique and thinks they're two different things. Unless V-MILD is some totally new thing.

Do you want to WILD or DILD? MILD is a DILD technique.

      I recommend this and this.
