Hey everyone, its been a while since I posted (apolagies for that) have been quite preoccupied wirh school and such.

In a week or two my holliday period starts and I am going to be out of the country for 4 weeks (YAY!), I am planning to us this time to catch up on some sleeptime I missed during the year (Sleep @ 11 wake @ 9/10). I ordered in some melatonin and B12 to aid my rithm and neurological recovery.

During this period I am going to try and boost my Lding my insane proportions

My question to you all is:

Does anyone have suggestions for this plan in any form be it techniques habbits or supplementation?

I hope to create a solid plan out of this, and maybe get others enthousiastic to join in and see what the effect of such an intense relatively short term practice might be....
