      Lightbulb LD sabbalical, ish....

Hey everyone, its been a while since I posted (apolagies for that) have been quite preoccupied wirh school and such.

In a week or two my holliday period starts and I am going to be out of the country for 4 weeks (YAY!), I am planning to us this time to catch up on some sleeptime I missed during the year (Sleep @ 11 wake @ 9/10). I ordered in some melatonin and B12 to aid my rithm and neurological recovery.

During this period I am going to try and boost my Lding my insane proportions

My question to you all is:

Does anyone have suggestions for this plan in any form be it techniques habbits or supplementation?

I hope to create a solid plan out of this, and maybe get others enthousiastic to join in and see what the effect of such an intense relatively short term practice might be....

      Greets and all the best,

      - Chris
Lucidity is not just for when you are asleep.

Hit me up if you can control your heart rate or give yourself goosebumps.

My advise to you is, just believe and know you will lucid dream when you go to bed. cliche as everyone says that

but its all in the mind, you could try reading Stephen Leberge's book
its VERY informative and his tech's and methods seem the best for lucid dreaming if you put enough work into it.

here's another suggestion, try drinking ALOT of water before bed. it always wakes me up during a brief awaking and you can't just go back to sleep. its a lot better then a alarm. because it wakes you up peacefully and once you wake just start thinking about lucid dreaming and go back to bed. (that is after you take a leak)

another thing that always makes me go lucid is fear and running.
its a dream sign for me. if you have a lot of nightmares its a easy one to recognize trust me. its the emotion of fear. like you feel it in your heart.

oversleeping is really good for lucid dreaming also, a lot of my lucids occur 8+ hours into sleep or more. i think its called rem rebound? I'm not sure.
it has to also do with the fact you keep waking up and going back to sleep
after a certain point even though you know you should wake up.

heres a method you should read also http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=36281 VERY useful

      hope i helped

If you have no responsibilities during this time, periods of low stress and tons of sleep time are perfect opportunities to try alot of DEILDs and WBTBs. If done correctly, these can become your greatest tools.

Try and perfect these techniques when you know that you are going to have alot of time on your hands. You won't regret it, I'm sure.
