      Am i having VILDs?

i think im having vibration induced lucid dreams. the problem is that i dont know if im having them or if its a dream. its 1 am here so im not going researching to see if my symptoms are correct. first i start having muscle spasms. then everything starts to vibrate. then im pretty much in sp.

I'm not going to add an LD count because I sort of don't keep count. I've had about 2-3 WILDs... i think and one or two DILDS.

A VILD is a WILD where you visualize a scene to enter a dream.
There's no such thing as a vibration-induced lucid dream.
The experience that your body is 'vibrating' is a common hypnagogic hallucination often associated with sleep paralysis.
If you're using this HH and/or SP to get into a WILD, you are just having a WILD.

It is unknown whether the majority of people are actually experiencing vibrations as a hallucination due to the falling-asleep process/SP, or if they are actually laying in bed, entering a dream, and then causing themselves to feel the vibrations in the dream simply because they are lying in a dream bed telling their body to experience vibrations.

Exactly as Shift said, it sounds like you were having a WILD. VILD stands for Visually Induced Lucid Dream.

You can always look here to find out what the different acronyms stand for, if you get confused.
