What has worked well for me is touching whatever you can find in the environment. I think feeling your surroundings is analogous to holding onto your dream, and things have always stabilized after the dream becomes what I perceive as real. |

Yeah it also depends on the person as well. Something may work for one person, but not for another. You just gotta see what works for you! |
