      Exclamation Semi-Lucid Dreams?

Lately, IŽve been trying to have lucid dreams. But I never get far while trying. Last night I tried to WILD, but I eventually fell asleep. Later I found myself in a semi-lucid dream. Now, I had one a couple days before that, but with no real intent. All the while, I am lucid, but my attempts at dream control are horrible. I think IŽll have to remember to improve my lucidity while semi-lucid. Does anyone have any tips to help me?

To remind yourself... Hmm... MILD techniques could do some good.
      Bollocks.

What was strange, I realized I was dreaming in a nightmare Maybe I didn´t become fully lucid because I was panicking a bit..

When you first become lucid, you have to stabilize. Don't just do one RC then continue your dream, do three or four until you are 100% certain that you are dreaming, else you might get distracted and forget. It helps a lot with dream control, and it also lets you stay lucid for longer.

      Hope it helps.

doing something to engage all your senses worked pretty well for me. smell something and touch something, etc.

EDIT: and reality checks are key. even past the point where you've 100% convinced yourself. Do them throughout the dream to help stay lucid.
