      Accidental WILD

Last night something weird happend. I think I almost did a WILD. I was laying there trying to relax for the MILD I was doing that. I think about some random stuff and counting backward from 100 at the same time. After a while my body started to feel all wobbly and even though my eyes where closed I could see the bookself that was right beside my bed. I thought to my self "I had better keep concentrating before I lose this". Turns out that was a bad idea because I lost it as soon as I said that and on top of that my mom started laughing really loud. Any one have any tips. or was that a IWLd?

Sounds like you were very close. It is difficult, but you must passivly observe the imagery. If you look too closely, your mind will awaken too much and you will loose it. If you do not observe closely enough, you will most likely fall asleep.

      It's a fine line.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

precisely^^..its quite tricky...its like saying i want to sleep in your mind over and over..if you do that, you'll never fall asleep cuz it keeps you awake..just dont think about what you see and whatnot...

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
