      Lightbulb MILD question

I read the MILD tutorial and I was wondering if during the V-MILD, is it better to use the same visualization each night because eventually it will get more easy to visualize, or is it better to use a different dream visualization because then there are more dream sign chances?
Also, are MILDs better for when you go to bed than an afternoon nap or is there no real difference?

I hope that my response in the PM answered your questions. As far as afternoon/night, really the MILD has MOST of the effort put in during the day, as you work on having good prospective memory and reality checking. From following that method, I found that even if I didn't specifically put in the MILD effort every single time I fell asleep, I was still getting a high number of lucid dreams. Definitely, I like to think, since learning lucid dreaming makes becoming lucid sort of a general lifelong goal, not a one-time-only sort of thing, that intention to remember lasts longer. So even though you don't put in the individual effort, I think you do get more of an overall result that helps.
