      So could you give us a technique/method that you use for lucid dreaming, Pixielady?

      well the method you described up above would be for an astral projection. i was thinking more along the lines of fall asleep, and while in your dreams, realize you are dreaming (becoming lucid) and going from there.

      yea that would be great, because if you can lucid dream easily, then it would be great if guys like me on this board could know how you are able to do it
