Im going to try WBTB/WILD technique today... I've been reading about WBTB/WILD and I think I got the basics of it...
Im going to sleep, sleeping 4-5 hours, waking up using an alarm clock, staying up inbetween 15-60 mins, then go back to bed, then doing the trick on my body (i didnt really got this part), and when my body fell asleep and im not asleep, i should concentrate on my dream body at this point....
Is this all?
