Bit of Background knowledge first;
Been trying to LD for over a year now.
Over that time, I've had a few DILD's, but they did not last for very long. Perhaps the euphoria ended them quickly.
I've tried WBTB's, WILD's, etc.
I'm unsure where I'm going wrong. I've been doing RC's also and keeping a loose dream Journal.
I think a problem might be with attaining Sleep Paralysis, which I've heard helps with a WILD?
A method I've heard of is raising your arm and letting it drop, keep on raising it and drop etc?
Another 'sleeping with your eyes open'?
Any help, tips, criticism/advice would be appreciated immensely.
