Messing up sleep schedule gives LD's?

In the last week i had 2 Lucid dreams. I don't remember how i became lucid, i just did. In the last week i also went from 11PM to sleep to 6AM to sleep, and i think that made my LD's. I also had one a little before that.

1st LD: Im in a wonderland with pink horses, lollipops, suns, rainbows etc. and then i realize that it's not possible. I run to the nearest person and ask how do i fly. "Use your mind, dumbass". I highly focus on flying, but i could only levitate.
This was kinda long, but it wasnt vivid.

2nd LD: Im in a construction yard, and i become lucid. I try to focus on the dream, but it fades away.

3rd LD: I am in my house and i become lucid. "Holy cow! Im lucid!". I look around me. Everything was HIGHLY vivid. I could see the reflections in the window, the trees wave slightly in the breeze, my cat, everything. I just tried to relax my mind. Then i wanted to fly out of the window. I wasnt able to fly, but i sort of fell in the direction i wanted to fly in, really slow. Then i reached the floor and woke up.

I think that you get lucid dreams when messing up your sleep schedule, have you experienced the same?

      Thanks.

well I usually go to bed around midnight, but last night I went to bed at about quarter to 2, and had my 2nd LD. There could be some relation.

sort of, but that's about waking up earlier on some days, while this regards going to bed later.

I think the clue is in the name of that method (cycle adjustment techinque)
You can use CAT to adjust your sleep cycle in any way.

The sleep schedule in the tutorial is the original schedule for the technique, but in reality CAT was designed with the principle of adjusting your sleep cycle for optimal lucid dreaming.

I've read that the author of the technique actively encourages people to experiment with the CAT sleep schedule to fit their lifestyles and to find what works for them. The method as described in the tutorial is a template, to give people an idea of the principles behind the method. A lot of people use the original method, but it's still CAT if you change the schedule to suit your lifestyle.
A cycle adjustment is a cycle adjustment

so any change to your sleep times falls under CAT? Well I guess this is CAT. Thanks for clearing that up.

I have found the opposite in the last couple of weeks.

I used to go to sleep fairly consistantly around 2 AM. I started staying up until 6 AM, until as late as 10 AM, and found my dreams less vivid, and I remembered fewer(this is my only basis though, as I've yet to become lucid)

I have stayed up all night, does this count as CAT?
Is there any other way I can use this to (possibly) achieve lucidity somehow?
      Main LD goals:
      - Futuristic/sci-fi/cyberpunk big city
      - Fantasy role-playing game
      - Flight and other super powers
      - Use lucid dreaming as a study-aid
      - Personal development, inner peace etc
