I saw this somewhere but i cant find it! Some user created a really good MP3 according to the posts, I really want to start my journey on lucidity! I think it was the user phonelee or something i forgot. Also does binaural beats help when you go to sleep or right before? |

K, if you want some good ones then i would suggest iDoser. It has about every kind of binaural beat neccessary for anything. |

In my personal experience the most useful lucid dream mp3s are ones you make yourself for yourself. I have made a couple somewhat stream of consciousness random soundscapes in the past that really helped me out a ton (until I had them fully memorized) but they likely would not work for others as well. I would think it needs to be personal in nature to work. But hey whatever works! |

alright thanks man, i tried euphoria beats and i went to sleep. So i guess it does work, i just hope its not a placebo effect you know. |
