      Waking up?

What is the best way (you have found) to wake up during the night? Because my alarm will wake everyone else in my house up and I dont know how else to do it.

      Thanks!

Waking up naturally using autosuggestion works well for a lot of people.

Sure thing. Essentially, autosuggestion involves tricking or convincing your subconscious into performing an action of your choice. For example, remembering to realize you are dreaming (like for a MILD, check out the part on mantras to get an idea of what that's all about) or waking yourself up after each sleep cycle. This is usually done through mantras and the like. I'll see if I can find a tutorial for you really quick.

Found an unofficial tutorial, it hasn't really been tested, but it might help you out.

Personally, I just use a mantra similar to the one most people use for MILD whenever I want to wake up after each dream. I.E. fully imagine the action taking place, repeat a mantra along the lines of "I will wake up after each dream," and believe it with absolute confidence.

I also edited my post a bit.

I have clairvoyance. You're going to have a lucid dream tonight. You'll get excited, but you'll remember to calm down. You'll explore the dream scenario. You'll try to fly, and you will jump 20 feet in the air, but won't be able to fly. You'll explore some more, try using magic, and then wake up.

      Happy dreaming.

when I am nervous about walking up the next morning, I drink a few glasses of water to make sure that I get out of bed as soon as I open my eyes.

Hmm well I can wake up from a dream almost 95% of time if I want, including non-lucid. It is strange since I can somehow understand that I am in a dream all the time, because I just say to myself : "Damn man you gotta wake up now" but still I fail to become lucid all the time

You can also train yourself to wake up after every REM-period, practically when your dream ends. I do that quite naturally and I believe it is all about your dream awareness. That can be annoying too if you hate to wake up a lot in the night. I like that because I can remember all my dreams a lot better.
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.
