Hi,
It seems to me that my body is only set to WILD etc duing day-time naps. Because when I feel tired during the day, and go to take a nap, I get strong HI often after no more than a minute, and I'll usually get to the stage where I see clear imaginary pictures of for example my room when I lay in bed although I'm yet to have a real lucid from a nap (I've never really attempted it). Also, the only time I experienced SP was during a nap. The problem is that during night, like when I do WBTB attempts, my body seem to have zero interest in lucid dream, and usually I have almost no HI at all, even if i lay down for over 10 minutes and then just give up or lose concentration.
So what do you think is the reason for this? And how can I get the "skills" or natural sense of WILDing during naps into night sleep? Maybe it has do to with expectations, since I never really have these strong expectations before naps?
Greetings,
Martin
