I use the technique of feeling a spinning movement...

When you got SP try to feel you spinning...Just imagine the sensation of spinning...

This will get you to the dream fast...

When i do that the SP isn't to annoying and it lasts little (teh SP and you enter a dream fast)...This works perfectly to me, i think you would try it...

Or maybe you can just wait the dream begin...
