      tilting induced lucid dreams

This is a varriation of a WILD technique in it when you go to sleep you imagine that there is no floor to your room and that you bed is floating and tilting. doing this with practice it will actually feel like your bed is tilting you can get it to feel like it is even up to about 48 degrees.

Tell me again, how is this supposed to induce a lucid dream?

it is supposed to induce a lucid dream by distracting your brain as it transions into the dream world, most WILD techniques I have read require you to do somthing like counting to distract your brain while the transion happens.
this just distracts your brain for the transion.

Awesome. So you could visualize anything, to 'distract' yourself.
Would it not then be a visualization induced lucid dream...?

      ...A VILD?

      I don't like this at all :\
