So, I had my first MILD success this morning. Naturally, I'm buzzing and want to try again tonight.

Should the way I use MILD change now that I've had my first deliberate LD?

For example, if I wake up tonight with dream A in mind, do I want to go back to sleep visualising myself doing RC and become lucid in dream A, or do I just affirm something like, "I want to have the same LD as last night"

And how do you use MILD in the longer term?
