      what do you think of VILD

      what do you guys think of VILD (visually incubated LD) it sound pretty easy and effective i was just wondering if it had worked for any of you

      so far i've been able to become lucid quite often with VILD, i think its pretty effective.

      I don't think that poll covers every induction technique

      Anyway, MILD sounds very effective to me though I've never really tried it.

      I found MILD to be uneffective. WILDing Iīve only come to transitional phases and I lose my focus and HILD on the other hand works very well. I would recommend it to all ppl who have problems with Dream Recall, have dreams that are too short and/or lacking detail. For all those ppl: read Gothlarks tutorial. It rocks.
