Yeah, I've noticed a similar effect. When I nap in the afternoon for 3 hours, I have noticeably better dreams and dream recall. Almost all of my LDs have occurred on days when I've napped in the afternoon. |

Hehe, so... I came home from school yesterday, knowing I had a crapload of homework. I slept from around 3:30PM to 5:30PM. Got up, ate, worked on homework till 2AM, on which i took a break, popped a Centrum, a complex B vitamin, and a St. John's Wort. Then I brewed some mint tea. I went to sleep at 3AM, having to get up at 6AM. |

Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
Well I am not dependent. Another thing, the Centrum only provides 100% dv of most vitamins.. the complex provides more, but still well under the amount of most supplements. St. John's Wort was just something i figured might help, I can already say mint tea helps awareness.. i've yet to decide on the former however. Seems promising though (i mean 1st night?) |

The mint tea i got is strong.. peppermint and spearmint are in it.. but its very strong (and very effective). I think i did hit delta sleep.. 2 hours is plenty of time to do that. |

Stephen Laberge and many dreamers say for wbtb method is to sleep about 5 hours , and get out of bed for 60 minutes and then go back to bed. For me this method does not work at all. Once I am awake beyond ten minutes, it becomes impossible for me to fall back to sleep. What works well for me is that after 5 hours of sleep, to get up for 5 to 8 minutes and then go back to sleep. Generally 5 minutes does the trick. |

Have dream, Will travel
I have that same problem! If I get up for more than about 10 minutes I cant get to sleep for the life of me. So you say only stay up for about 5 minutes eh? Ill give it a try. |
