Thread: Lost motivation

About a month ago I used to be extremely interested in Lucid Dreams, doing reality checks, dream journals, etc.. Then one morning I woke up and forgot to write in my dream journal and since then I haven't done anything! I'm so ashamed of myself and I'm forcing myself to get motivated again to have a lucid dream.

Have a look at the LD Experience Checklist. Maybe that will get you interested.

Its like anything think of a reason personal to you that makes LDing worth while and fix it in your mind. That should help a bit but apart from that little trick its down to you :-)

ditto!

that's one of my biggest motivations. and because of it, im getting better and better at lucid dreaming.

Hehehe I think the best thing to do is watch a cool movie or some good Anime.

Then you'll be thinking "Whoah!!! I have to try that in a LUCID DREAM!!"
