I have had this problem a couple of times lately. I think it might be from a couple of reasons. The first may be that you are nearing the end of your REM cycle, and its natural for you to wake up, meaning that you got lucid, but too late to make it count. Another thing I have noticed is that this happens to me when I am not that tired or I am sleeping in, and my body is ready to get out of bed. Also, it may be that we are just not stabilizing the dreams as we should, or get excited and let them slip away from us. Hope this helps. |
