Got a problem with the WILD

Ok, so I've been doing the wild and have had a few successes with it. But, there's one problem. When I'm attempting it a lot of the time it seems like I slip into a dream or get distracted or something and lose the count then I realize it and I'm like, "Oh shoot, I lost the count!" and then I come back to consciousness. Is this a normal thing?

This exact thing happens to me. I always end up drifting into sleep. Seems like you just need to try harder to keep yourself awake, basically the only advice I can give

My sig is having issues getting to the right size

You should avoid thinking to much, you kinda have to try meditation I think. I have the same promblem I start thinking to much and I fall asleep. Basically you should count your breaths or focus on a picture in your mind, but keep all the other random thoughts out just focus on your breaths or the picture and dont ask yourself questions, this will only distract you make you think and then your mind falls alseep. This is what I know about the problem, but yeah its difficult to keep focused.

      Good Luck
