Its been about 5 hours since I woke up and I went for a nap. I always get really comfortable, then really tired and get a lot of HI. But that is it. I can use WBTB at night but napping is just not working. |

I don't know exactly what to tell you, except that I've really never been able to nap, either. I think it's because I just can't quite relax enough. I keep thinking of all kinds of things I need to do or could be doing. The only time I can really nap is when I am absolutely exhausted, and then I'm usually too tired to try any LD stuff. |

Have you done anything physically exerting ie. exercise? Consumed any mind stimulants ie. caffeine? Have you done something that required concentration? |

I think those are solid reasons why you couldn't nap. |
