      Inuction technique using DJ

      Hey guys, just got an idea how you can(probably) induce LD's via a Dream journal. I've discovered that i have more chance to get a LD if i writes a DJ than if im not. So heres the concept;
      After you have writen your dream down at the morning, you'll read throught it and Underline/ring in/mark the places, where some rules fo reality is broken, and you, if you noticed this in the dream, would get lucid. This SHOULD increase your alertness(Spelling??) and, hopefully, get you lucid if you meets the same event again. So what do you guys think? Could have potential.

      I think you need to get acquainted with 'Reality Check'.
      Come on! What if Martin Luther King said: "I kinda have a dream... nah, I don't wanna talk about it."

      Between your technique idea and a 'dream sign'? No, that's my point!

      Aaaw, you've noticed... Thank you! And start highlighting those dream signs in your journal!

      There is a difference between reality checks and dream signs.

      Reality checks are perfomed at will.
      Dream signs may possibly pop up such as you are in a jungle with Tarzan.
      That isn't very likely to happen while your awake so it is a sign that you're dreaming. Tada!

      If you use reality checks without pondering whether you're in a dream, they have little effect. Take time to actually thing "what will prove to me that I'm in a dream?". If you find something, you are in a dream...

      Dream on...
