      Easiest way to go lucid?

      What technique do you find is the easiest way to become lucid?

      For a beginner (if you are one) I'd go with MILD. Very easy and good success rate. But if you are willingto put A LOT of effort in, I think WILDS have the best success rate if instructions are followed to the letter.

      I recommend visiting this post written by another member named Shift. She has a few quizzes in there that take about 20 minutes out of your time, but they ask about your sleeping habits, memory, dream recal, etc. And they are very useful for determining which type of method would work for you.

      Xedan's right though. DILD and MILD are fantastic for beginners. Also fantastic if you can't lose a lot of sleep. Just be aware that all methods take a lot of work, and especially with DILD and MILD, it can take over a month of training your prospective memory and becoming aware to start seeing results.

      yep, just as I thought, DILD, which MILD falls under, is perfect for me.
