What technique do you find is the easiest way to become lucid?

For a beginner (if you are one) I'd go with MILD. Very easy and good success rate. But if you are willingto put A LOT of effort in, I think WILDS have the best success rate if instructions are followed to the letter.

I recommend visiting this post written by another member named Shift. DILD and MILD are fantastic for beginners. Also fantastic if you can't lose a lot of sleep. Just be aware that all methods take a lot of work, and especially with DILD and MILD, it can take over a month of training your prospective memory and becoming aware to start seeing results.
