When i first started trying to become lucid i had more trouble with remembering my dreams than anything else. Reading the techniqes on this site has helped and i adopted the dream journal wich really did help. The thing that has helped me the most is every night b4 i go to sleep i try to remember every thing i have done that day. As i lay there my mind starts drifting off and i make myslef go threw my entire day. I dont know if it will help any one else, but my dream recall has goteen 10 times better since i have started doing this. |
