      Lucid Dry Spell! Please Help

      So about 2 and a half months ago now I finally started having lucid dreams. I had about 7 in like 6 weeks. Since then I haven't had any and I haven't changed my routine of writing my dreams down and reality checking. Do you guys every get period where you don't have them? If so, how do I fix this?
      Any help is greatly aprreciated

      Try firmly reassuring yourself why you want to have a lucid dream. Go over your dream goals, and really feel like you want to do it. Make become lucid a priority in your life. If you mind sees it as important it will remember to become lucid in a dream.
