      This may help.

Hi, I am new here, but wanted to share with everyone one of my experiences. I take Melatonin most everynight, and have your regular, run of the mill dreams. However, one night I tried a supplement called 5-HTP, a seratonin pre-cursor. WOW. I had the wildest, most intense dreams one night, then the next I had the mildest ld ever. I dont know if it was the seratonin, or that interacting with the mealtonin I usually take, but it was very surprising and I wanted to share that with everyone.

      have a good day!

Coolness. I use melatonin and have just started using HTP supplements. I do notice that Mel helps with dream detail more than any other available supplement. It works super well for us insomniacs. Try combininng it with B6 and kava. That combo is the best I've discovered, through intense experimentation - me being the guinea pig of course. Good luck w/ the LD business. -Torch
