      Trouble WILDing

So the last few nights I have been attemping WILD's while going to sleep.
Maybe that right there is my problem and I should be trying WILD's after a WBTB.

I find that a am getting very close to SP but I constantly feel like a have to swallow or there is saliva/mucus in my throat. After a while of this swallowing and lack of HI, i roll over and get some sleep. However when I roll over my body is almost completely dead. My arms feel like heavy weights I have to lift and my whole body feels like it needs a minute to get the circulation going. Does this sound like I am going down the right path? I have had some light HI where I have seen horse's and horse eyes looking at me but it was more of light imagery which may have just been my imagination. (but I dont know why I would imagine horse's.)
My guess is I need to WILD after a WBTB but does anyone have any suggestions for the swallowing problem?

Yeah the swallowing's also a problem for me it makes me lose concentration, but if I WILD I usually do it during the day. I think trying WILDs in the morning might be better, like in the weekends because in the evenings if it doesn't work you lose sleep. About the horse eyes these were probably the dream scene forming around you as your body was falling asleep. When that happenend were you still very aware with your mind or just falling alseep, if you were still quite aware I think it was the start of a WILD, so you were on the right path.

      Well good luck

I have a swallowing problem as well, my forms in the bottom of my mouth, i think this may help you with your problem. If you have pillows, try putting a pillow or two under your neck. I think the key to swallowing is to have something soft under your neck right where it curves and this should help you swallow automatically without you having to do it, i'm going to try this tonight as i have never thought about this before. But i think the main key to the swallowing problem is to make sure your neck is bent and your head tilted back some how.

That sounds like it might be effective. So if i get this right the pillow is used to keep your neck more elevated than your head so any liquid will automatically flow down the throat.
It sounds like it might be uncomfortable but its worth giving a shot. Thanks for the idea.

I just had a post on this in general discussion if you want to see some ideas from some other people, keeping your head elevated and mind off of the swallowing sounds like the best thoughts on the subject so far.
