      Degredation...

I don't get lucids very often at all, maybe 3 times a year or so, so when I do I take notice. One thing I've noticed over time is that each lucid isn't as vivid as the previous lucid dream. My first lucid ever was extremely vivid, and I still hold as the best dream of my life. After that though... lucids now don't last very long, I have physical impairments within the dream like not being able to open my eyes, and they're just not nearly as vivid.
I've also noticed I only ever get lucids when I'm not trying to be lucid. Whenever I have sessions of a month or so when I really go at it and RC a lot and try out techniques, I never get one. A month later I get a random one.
It's all weird... Anyone have any ideas as to why these sorts of things are happening?

Well as I see it, you should just keep trying to get a feeling of how to use some of the induction techniques right (and not get it randomly). And about the problem with getting a less vivid feeling for everytime you LD, you shouldn't worry to much about that, it's most likely to happen if you "pressure" yourself. Well I hope you will manage to fix this problem, goodluck m8! =)

Dild requires the least preparation for a lucid dream. Repeat mantras in your head like " i will lucid dream in my next dream "
