Thread: I was thinking...(Reality Check)

Instead of just doing whatever you do for a Reality Check what if you made it a habit right after you do you reality check then you rub your hands or spin. If you make that a habit after every reality check then when your in a dream and do a RC you automatically spin or rub your hands! That means increased stability right away and a less chance of waking up!
