Im going to try my first WILD! Woo!

Hey, I'm going to say what I'm going to do to get WILD.
I'm going to set my alarm clock at 5 am and try to WILD before I sleep. If i count like 800 breaths, I'm just going to try when I wake up from my alarm clock. When I wake up, I'm going to stay up for a while then try WILDing. I'm going to relax my body then concentrate on my breathing (not too hard). Then get to sleep paralysis then hopefully, I won't get scared and break . When the most vivid scene comes up I'm going to try either rolling in to my dream, just get up, or let the dream take me. Wish me luck because this is my first try.

Ehh, I think I change my mind WILDing tonight. For some reason, I'm excited to WILD during daytime. At night, I get scared. I think I might change my tactic. Maybe Nap times.

I have a question, when's the best time to WILD during nap times?

Try to WILD within 6 hours after waking up, your REM cycle is still going that way. Any time after that is kind of iffy.
My advice is look around DV for information about WILDing, 99% of what you'll read in the tutorials is applicable in afternoon and night LDs.

The BEST guides would be these IMO -

What is putting you off about doing it at night?
