      Deild?

      When I got into sp, I was just waiting there with random scenes happening, but I didn't get into an actuall scene

      Focus on these scenes and when they eventually get stronger, focus on something specific in the scene and you get drawn into it (so I've read).

      ( ^ for a WILD)

      When I had my DEILD (I was on the verge of unconsciousness) I saw an image, and as soon as I questioned myself about it then focused on it, bam, I went into a lucid dream.

      what you are describing is whats called hypnagogic imagery. the technique here is to let them pass by like a movie, but to pay attention to them. if you focus to hard or not enough you could lose them. its a very tough balance.
