You will not get a succesful SP the first time trying.

As a beginner, like myself. I found WBTB most useful.

Usually you cannot do WILD(which sounds like what you are going to do...enter SP then enter a dream) when you go to bed, because it would take a LONG time to get to REM sleep(which is when you dream). What I would do is go to bed at whatever time, say 11pm. Sleep for 4-6 hours, so until 4-5 AM. Get up for 5-30 minutes(go to the bathroom , get a drink). Lay down and flex all your muscle for a seconds, and then let them all go loose. Make sure your are in a comfoy position when you do that. Then lay perfectly still and you will start to enter SP. I did that and I started to enter SP but, as my first time I ruined it..I felt all tingly and it felt like I was suffucating and it was hard to breathe...so I ruined it in my struggle to take big breaths. It took me only 20 minutes or so to start to enter SP. I am going to keep on trying to WILD, because I get more than enough sleep, and it sounds like once you get good at it, you can do it anytime after you sleep for at least a few hours

      Good luck, I suppose.

MrMod, I would really start on working with remembering your dreams.

Should get to remembering at least one dream a day.

      just sayin'
