I need some advice on Vitamin B....

Well Today I went out and got a B Complex suppliment with 100 pills in it.... I will label what it has in it...

      Vitamin C 300 mg's

      Thiamin 15 mg's

      Riboflavin 10.2 mg's

      Niacin 50 mg's

      Vitamin B6 5 mg's

      Pantothenic Acid 10 mg's

What I want to know is if this will have any signifigant effect on my dreams... I will use it tonight and see if it works...than I'll check back to see what you guys wrote
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

imo...there wont be much difference because B6 is the thing that helps the dreams and its only 5 mgs(a small fraction of the whole thing). I dont know what the other stuff do, but im not an expert on this so dont take my word for it

B3 (the niacin) actually helps me not be lucid. In general it seems that these supplements will help your brain activity, but more of the parts of your brain when you are awake. I don't know how to relate to other lucid dreamers, but if your body is not properly balanced chemically, your mind will be at unrest when at dreaming and you will be able to become 'aware' that you are dreaming and take control... though you won't get a good nights sleep out of it.

I think you should take those B vitamins after you wake up, and not before you sleep, they will most defintally help your daytime thought process.
