      Exclamation Please help!

I have been trying to lucid for a while and it seems like i can only reach the hypnagogic hallucinations stage. I feel my body turning heavy and see snow falling on me for around 3 minutes. After this everything disappears and turns into blackness. It feels like i am awake again. Am i doing anything wrong or is this suppose to happen? Please help!

      Thanks

Do you reality check when you feel awake again?

With my experience WILD is one of the hardest methods to obtain lucidity. If you continue to fail, try to work on DILD and DEILD and do some mantras. I believe doing mantras with WILD couldn't hurt either.
