What next?

Alright, so I hit a kind of problem last night. I have succesfully WILDed before, but I dont remember this being a problem. So I am laying there and I succesfully go into SP and as I lay there I feel the vibrating and I feel myself sort of falling into myself sort of fall out of my body and sink down into my bed in a way. And as I am sitting here doing this, and it is lasting what seems to be a good five mins, nothing was coming to me. Last time I sort of fell into a dream and was able to slowly get up, but nothing was happening. So my question is, what did I do wrong? or maybe I did everything right up to this point and in that case, what do I do next? EDIT: I just realized this is in the wrong place, but I dont know how to move it or if I can, Mod?
