      What's this technique ?

Hello. Since I've read about lucid dreaming ( January 2nd 2010) I've had about 3 lucid dreams while 2 being really short and 1 being quite long (today). All of them started after I woke up to get breakfast then going to bed again. When I'm in bed after a while I start imagining a really high tower and climbing it up to the top. Then I throw myself and when I'm right about to hit the ground I try to hover and just wake up lucid in my bed :=O. Where does this technique fit? I know it's a combination of WBTB and something else =P.

It sounds to me like you are using WBTB then possibly performing a V-WILD. Do you ever lose consciousness after you have laid back down for bed. If not, then it sounds like a V-WILD. Scroll down to Visualization WILD here, http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66238 . See if that sounds right. Congrats on your success thus far!

Thank you . It really sounds like a V-Wild but it's strange because I don't really know how to achieve it =P. Sometimes I try that and it doesn't work, sometimes it does. Now that I know how it really works maybe I can start having some more lucid dreams .
