Thread: Dream counting

I'm one of those dreamers who always seem to become lucid at the end of a dream, not asin I wake up out of exitement, I mean I get my lucidity as the dreamscape begins to fade. Out of curiosity, over the last few nights, I've been counting down from 5 to 1 as my dreams end. 1 being when the dreamscape is almost completly gone.

The dreams that have followed them have either started with me finishing off the count down, at which point I become lucid. Or I've just instantly remembered that it was the last ting that I did, thus becoming lucid.

I've had about 5 LD's this way in about 3 nights, I hope that this helps you people. The only problem I can see with this technique is that it requires lucidity in the previous dream to work.
