What went wrong?

So last night I had quite a few dreams (got 11 hours sleep) and woke up a couple of times to write them down. But my last dream was strange. I was walking across the street with some friends and I wanted to do a RC and prove I was dreaming to show off I think. Now it's a little hard to remember but I think I did do an RC (cant remember what and don't know if it worked or not) but then I'm show I kept telling them it was a dream. But I did not become lucid? The dream kind of carried on as usual after that. What happened?

Those kind of dreams are usually signs that you're getting closer to lucidity. Just keep doing what you're doing, it'll come.

I had a dream last night. I was at my grandparants house, and my grandpa was playing the song from Titanic. However it went like this: "And... Iiiiii-E-Iiiiiiii wiiiillll allwaayyyyyyss do a reality check". Like no joke.. haha.. I didnt do one, but I remember thinking "Wtf? haha, my dream just told me to RC". I could have done one if I wanted to... That is an EXCELLENT sign though!
