I haven't had a LD in a long time, and I've been trying again for the last week or so and haven't gotten one. Years ago, before I even new what LDing was I had DILDs... but they weren't common. I read up on various techniques and got pretty good at WILDs, but I got off track for a year or so and now I can't seem to get it.

My plan tonight is alsleep at 9pm, then alarm for midnight to wake me up during my REM. The I'll stay up for a minute or two and just lay back down and either do the FILD technique, or the VILD technique.

Before I go for it any hints, tips, suggestions? Take a swig of cough syrup? Glass of warm milk? Absolutely anything that will at least slightly increase my chance of getting an LD tonight.
