I haven't had a LD in a long time, and I've been trying again for the last week or so and haven't gotten one. Years ago, before I even new what LDing was I had DILDs... but they weren't common. I read up on various techniques and got pretty good at WILDs, but I got off track for a year or so and now I can't seem to get it. |

I tried FILD about a week ago and it worked amazingly well. I had plans for the day that had gotten cancelled so i laid in bed for hours and every time I woke up I would do that and I ended up having three LDs thanks to that technique. Let me know how it goes. |

Hey. So no luck last night as my alarm didn't go off. Same routine tonight though. Asleep at 9pm, some MILD. Then wake up at midnight(alarm) and do some WILD/FILD/Visualization. Hopefully it goes better tonight. |

Try drinking a glass of water or 2 before bed. My alarms never wake me up ever so if i try WBTB's i make sure to use the water method. Works 8/10 times for me |

You have prolly gone to bed already but if you haven't I have some tips. I had my first WILD today. I laid still and came up with scenario before the SP hit. Once I got close I started breathing like this. In-hold 2 seconds-out and I went into SP after two breaths. Right into the dream I wanted. |

I did manage to have a brief LD. I was going around town and jumping really high, just messing around. |

I should note, the LD I had last night was a WILD/MILD. |

That's something like what i did a few days ago, i layed on my back and counting my breaths for a while and said for a while i'm dreaming, then i entered a dream. Although i didn't know if i knew it was a dream or not at the time i entered the dream, after a while i stopped saying i'm dreaming and just focused on my breathing. |

Ok. Going for it again tonight. Not planning on WBTB though, just straight up WILD when I go to sleep. I just got off work and it's almost 11, so it shouldn't be too hard to get to SP and then a LD. |
