Trying really hard to recognize a dream

So im trying for some days now to have Lucid Dreams.

-Each day i remeber better of my dreams.
Today i wrote four, yesterday 2, and the first day just 2.

-The reality checks im doing every 10minutes during the whole day (when my cel alarm rings)
And always when i remember of doing it.

-I think my dream sign is my dad, because i always see he in my dreams. ALWAYS. So i do some Reality Checks when i see him too.

      OK.
What i need to do more? (i do everything of the preparation before sleep, drink some teas that u guys said help and all this stuff)

My problem now is, i dont do a lot of reality checks on my dreams, or i do it, it fail and i say to myself it is normal!

-My last dream i looked the clook, two times, the hours changed, and i tought : hmm, its normal.

      ____

So am i at the right way?
      Im doing something wrong?

I think the problem is that reality checks are becoming too much of a routine for you. It's not enough to just glace at a clock twice and be done with it.

When doing a RC you have to really take a good look at your surroundings and get your awareness up. Look around and observe colors, objects, textures, context, ... Question yourself; what are you doing here? How did you get there? What's going on?

If you will really question the reality of it all you will end up becoming lucid a lot more (without even doing a RC while dreaming) - simply because you will be more aware of yourself and the environment you are in.

To increase your chances, you could try using the Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) trick. Either set an alarm, or wake yourself naturally after 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Stay awake for a few minutes thinking about lucid dreaming, writing in your dream journal, reviewing old dreams, ect. Don't do anything that wakes you up too much, or turn on too many lights. Then, you can return to sleep with a renewed intention to have lucid dreams.

Good luck! You'll be lucid in no time if you keep doing what you are doing now.
