      Is swallowing considered moving?

So when I swallowed and controlled my breathing, did that count as moving? I was using that method where a sound wakes you up from sleep but you do not move and within one minute you enter a lucid dream. I didn't know if moving was also to be changing breathing pattern or moving my eyes while they are closed or swallowing and moving my tongue. Was this moving? Or is it okay? I never reached lucidity.

Breathing and swallowing should not really disrupt it as long as you aren't concentrating on the swallowing part. If you don't manually swallow you'll notice that if you don't do it long enough on command your body will automatically swallow, It's a weird feeling but it happens. As for your tongue just keep it relaxed and you can still get into sleep paralysis with breathing/swallowing
      It's a mad world.

Not quite the right question to be asking.

You can experience many movements and physical stimulations when initiating a WILD, it's more to do with your "mind/attention" and not so much your body. Sometimes when I successfully initiate a WILD, I feel like I am being sucked inwards/somewhere at a great speed. My suggestion to an inexperienced WILDer is to focus the least amount possible on your body while still maintaining attentiveness with enough self-awareness. Also, don't talk to yourself, let go of any notion that you may feel you have to speak or repeat something. Those were my biggest problems when I first started deliberately trying to WILD.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

You mean in your mind? Because I definitely wouldn't start talking out loud during WILD.

      Yeah, in your mind.

Do not worry about swallowing, because when you worry about something while trying to WILD, that will completely disrupt your focus and attentiveness and disrupt the whole process.
