I have noticed that whenever I am really tired and i try to go to sleep in a noisy situation i seem to always induce LDs. Its almost as if i dont stop thinking and i end up in a LD. This has happened a few times with the TV on and I end up in a LD related to what is on TV but then i can change it. Has any one else noticed this? |

I used to hve an easy time geting to sleep as long as something electrical was on. the tv mostly, but i didnt ever get lucid from it? |

I think that anything that disrupts your sleep (and so keeps you from sleeping deeply) helps you to get lucid. Those factors can be light, noise, hard bed etc. Anyway, I've noticed what Seeker pointed out too. In addition, when I get LD when I'm just about to wake up, the dream is really light and it's hard not to wake up if I try to do something cool. |
