Thread: techniques but not lucid?

Has anyone done techniques before, and after you've entered the dream you still didn't become lucid? The reason i ask is that for the past couple of weeks or so, I still didn't become lucid after doing techiques like wild. I know about reality checks and everything but, my memory is so bad in dreams, and i forget to do them. But today i've started asking myself, am i dreaming at different times throughout the day, in the hope of being able to do it in the dream. And sometimes in dreams, i don't even know if i know i'm dreaming, I just go about my business, i get so caught up in dreams that most of the time i don't take the time to rc, or just stop and ask myself am i dreaming, or even observe my surroundings to stabalize the dream. I'm going to start being aware of my surroundings throughout the day and maybe that'll help.

How is your recall? Do you have a journal? That helps.

While you WILD, you could repeat a mantra, so it would be MILD + WILD making it easier. Are you sure you've done the WILD properly? How did your dream started after performing a WILD? Did you got your SP and HH?
