      I had luck with trying to WILD ( with WBTB ).
      Even if I fail the WILD and fall asleep without entering a lucid dream, I often have a DILD afterwards. It's like the WILD attempt is also a MILD.

      The easiest to use are the WBTB combined with the MILD. While they are easy, you may have to be patient with them.
