hi jmanjohn, im would be like you i find i l.d when i am tired but would wake thirty minutes or so later, but you also need a proper sleep. please trus me on this , it can become obsessive. l.d. research is great but you need healthy sleep as well, could other members back me up on that please, cuase im off to bed |

To leo, i'm not talking about doing this the whole night. That would ruin the part of getting sleep. But maybe for an hour or so, set the alarm 10 minutes ahead and fall asleep in 2. For me i get lucids about once every 10 times i do this. So if i did it every day i would get one every 2 days. And i got one last night. I wbtb once though. I was going to wild but was too tired. |
