      My lucid way

I don't have much time for wilding or trying out different ways of getting lucid. I am a natural lucid dreamer, but its still rare for me to have one. But there is one thing i've been doing that seems to be at least helping me get more lucid dreams.

What i do is very simple and requires no skill. I simply wake up multiple times every night. I set my alarm 20-30 minutes ahead and fall asleep again. When i'm awake for those 5 seconds i think of lucid dreaming and dreamviews and fall asleep again. Doing this over and over for me seems to give me more chances to dream. I once had 2 lucids within an hour from this. Each one was about 3 minutes. I've had total about 10 or 15 lucids from doing this, but i don't do it very often.

Just seenin what yall think about it. It's not the greatest thing in the world. Hell it may already exist as something i havn't seen on here. But just puttin in my 2 cents.

To leo, i'm not talking about doing this the whole night. That would ruin the part of getting sleep. But maybe for an hour or so, set the alarm 10 minutes ahead and fall asleep in 2. For me i get lucids about once every 10 times i do this. So if i did it every day i would get one every 2 days. And i got one last night. I wbtb once though. I was going to wild but was too tired.
